TB6612FNG Dual Motor Driver is a motor driver breakout board to drive two bidirectional DC motors or a two polarity stepper motor. The board can supply 1.2A continuous current per channel and the maximum current it can supply is 3.2A. Note that maximum current passing over the board may harm it permanently. Since the logic voltage level of the board is between 2.7V and 5.5V, it can be used easily with both microcontrollers with 3.3V and 5V logic voltage levels.
The speeds of motors are controlled via PWM signals and the board supports 100kHz frequency for PWM signals. 13.5V can be applied to the board motor supply voltages.
TB6612FNG Dual Motor Driver is shipped fully assembled. The pin spacing of the board is 0.1’’, so it is compatible with breadboards. For easier use the pins that are used for microcontroller interfacing are positioned in one side of the board and the pins needed to use with motor control is positioned in the other side of the board.
