Alternative Dry Film Exposure Method to Ironing Method for Print Circuit Manufacturing
The photo paper is placed between two thin protective layers. One of these layers is removed with a band.
The cleaned copper plate is affixed to the side of the peeled face. During this time, care should be taken not to leave air bubbles between the film and the copper plaque.
A lamination device that is not very hot or a film sticker is applied with an iron at constant temperature.
For Pcb, high resolution output is taken on transparent film or colorless acetate. Since the film is negative, the output colors must be inverted.
After the plaque, film and acetic acid are compressed to not slip between the two glasses, UV fluorescent or led; If they can not be found, the exposures with saving bulb are carried out. (It is recommended to expose with ultraviolet source for 2-3 minutes, white light source for 20-25 minutes until clearer.)
(1 gram developer: 100 gram water ratio) (Developer: Pure Sodium Carbonate) After the exposure process is finished, the protective layer on the other side of the film is removed and the developer solution is discarded.
Depending on your choice, it is thrown into the acid solution. As in the method of ironing, the places where the melting is desired are left to stand until they melt.
4mm path / 4mm gap (0.01mm / 0.01mm) sensitivity can be reached by determining the ideal times by film processing.
Reminders:
UV light is harmful to health. If UV welding is used during the exposure, the necessary precautions should be taken.
The film must be opened and processed in the dark (only the non-strong red light can be used as a source). In the case of receiving light, the filmin feature may be reduced. Storage should be done in dark place.
Once received, it can be cut and used in the desired size.
