IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module info

High-current switching is the driver module for IRF520 MOSFETs that you can use just like a relay card in your projects. With Arduino and microcontrollers running between 3-5V, you can control DC voltages up to 24V 5A.

Unlike the relay board, the microcontroller also provides step-by-step control by connecting the PWM output.
